Withdrawal
Making a withdrawal from your GoFish account is easy and secure. Via the Cashier you can request a withdrawal at any time to one of the payment methods that are available to you. Please note that, unless otherwise stated, you can only withdraw to the same payment method that was used to make your deposit.
Once your withdrawal request is registered, you have up to 24 hours to cancel that withdrawal yourself. After that period our Accounting department will review your withdrawal and release your payment once all necessary security checks have been passed. The processing time of the actual payment will depend on the selected withdrawal method. Please also note that you may be requested to submit verification documents using our faxback form before authorizing your withdrawal.
While we will do our utmost to ensure that all withdrawals are paid out in the shortest possible time, certain factors beyond our control (such as limitations imposed by financial and/or banking institutions) may result in withdrawals taking longer than expected to reach your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you choose to make a withdrawal to a payment method where the currency is different than the one in your BetCave account, the withdrawal amount will be converted using the conversion rate of selected payment method. (Exchange fees may apply, please check with your local bank).
